QUESTION: "If I purchase your resume cover letters or interview follow-up letters, how do I get them?"

ANSWER: Once you click on the "Download Now" button you will be taken to my order form.  Once there, choose which letters you want, then click the "Add to Order" button. 

After that you will be taken to my secure checkout page.  Once there fill in all of the blanks. When you have completed that, click the "Submit" button once. 

At that point your credit card will be authorized securely in real-time, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, 365-days a year.  It takes approximately one to two minutes to approve your credit card.  Once approved follow the link to the letters you just purchased.

That new link will stay active for 30 minutes.  Simply highlight the entire text (Ctrl A), copy it (Ctrl C), and paste it (Ctrl V), to a blank word document on your hard drive and then save it (Ctrl S). 

Viola'.  After that simply slice and dice your way to fun and profit...and a new job..

QUESTION: "Will your resume cover letters apply to my career field?"

ANSWER: Many people have written me and asked, "But will your cover letters apply to my field of employment?"  The answer: "Absolutely!"  In fact, I have not found a field yet where there isn't an application.

ANSWER: I do not receive a copy of your credit card number.  Only the credit card company does, and they receive it through ultra high-security encryption.  I receive a simple success or badcard notification.  Success notifications only give me the type of card used, the last four digits and the amount.

QUESTION: "How much SPAM will I receive from you if I purchase your letters?"

ANSWER: None!  You will receive an auto-respond success notification via e-mail and then I will e-mail you one time to send you your copy of Yale University's "The Twelve Most Persuasive Words in the English Language."  That's it.  I have no books or tapes to sell you.  I will never sell or rent your name or e-mail address to anyone.  You will never hear from me again, unless you contact me.

QUESTION: "What if I want my money back?  ...I purchased an "Instant Resume" program from one of your competitors and am very disappointed by the quality of the letters."

ANSWER: I stand behind the quality of every letter I sell.  If you are less than pleased with any letter(s) you order from me, I will cheerfully refund the full price.  If you find that my Resume Cover Letters do not help you get more job interviews, I will refund the full price.

If you simply decide you don't want my letter(s), please let me know within 7 days and I will refund the full price.

ANSWER: Nothing.  You can contact me any time to discuss my letters or my strategies for free.  Beyond that, my copywriting/consulting services are available based on an hourly fee.  ...However, I will never try to persuade you to use my services.
